Sizing Guide

RING SIZE GUIDE:

Method 1. If You Do Not Have a Ring

For those of you buying a ring for the first time or who do not have a finger ring to measure, here’s how you can measure your ring size:

To measure your ring size, you will need a non-elastic string or a strip of paper and a ruler.

Step 1: Take a thin strip of paper, small rope or a string and wrap it around your finger, marking where the string overlaps with a pen; to find out the circumference of your finger.

Step 2: The circumference is the measurement all the way around your finger. Measure the length of the paper/rope/string that wrapped the finger and note down its length in inches.

Step 3: Use the finger ring size table to match your ring’s circumference to the ring size. That’s it!

Things to Keep in Mind Before Finalizing Your Ring Size

  • Make sure to take measurements at normal body temperature. Fingers tend to shrink when cold.
  • If your finger is larger at the knuckle than at the base, take two separate measurements and choose a size in between them.
  • After using the finger ring size chart/table, if you find that your ideal size is between two sizes, always prefer the larger size.

Method 2. Measure an existing ring

If you already have a ring that fits perfectly on your finger, here’s how you can measure your ring size:

Step 1: Take a ruler and measure the distance between the far ends of the ring’s inner circle.

Step 2: You now have the inner diameter of your ring. Note it down in millimetres or inches.

Step 3: Use the finger ring size table to match your ring’s diameter to the ring size. That’s it!

NECKLACE SIZING GUIDE:

Most NYAMAH necklaces are designed to be worn short so they can sit comfortably around the collar bone.

Use a piece of string to measure your desired neck length then measure the length against a ruler (in centimetres). You may also gauge where a necklace will fall by viewing our sizing chart.

Please note: Every Nyamah necklace is secured by three additional links which allows you to adjust the length as per your fit.

BRACELET SIZING GUIDE:

To know your wrist size, you will just want to measure the circumference around your wrist. Hold your arm with your hand relaxed and fingers gently outstretched. With your other hand, wrap a soft measuring tape around your wrist where you would like to wear the bracelet (Mark where the tape overlaps with a pen and note down its length in inches) - don't pull it tight, just measure at a comfortable tension and there is your wrist measurement!

If your wrist measure is 5.5” (5 and half inches) and you prefer a more snug fit just add 1/2” and your bracelet size would be a SIZE 6 (6 inches).

Please note: Each Nyamah bracelet comes with 3 links to adjust the bracelet to your fit.
