RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

NYAMAH is proud to deliver effortless style without compromising quality. By hand-selecting high-quality, conflict-free material and honouring the experience of fourth-generation jewellers, each NYAMAH piece is meticulously handmade to not only be worn now but years to come. This is one of many reasons all designs are backed by a Lifetime Warranty. Due to this intricate process, all pieces are made-to-order and have a production time of 2-3 weeks. Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance and we strive to fulfil each order in a timely manner but to offer the quality that will stand the test of time, time is mandatory in exchange.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?

All purchases made on ‘sale’ and ‘promotion’ days are final. However, returns and exchanges are applicable to certain products under selective circumstances, permitted within 24 hours of intimation to our care team, based on delivery date. As noted above, all NYAMAH designs are backed by a Lifetime Warranty. 

Refund Processing Timeline:

  1. Day 1-2: Product received and inspected.
  2. Day 3-4: Refund initiated after successful inspection.
  3. Day 5-6: Refund processed and reflected in the original payment method.

Please Note: Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please Note: NYAMAH Jewellery reserves the right to deny unreasonable repairs and exchanges.

 

  • International orders are not eligible for returns.
  • Any purchases made on sale days will be deemed as final sale and cannot be exchanged.
  • Earrings cannot be exchanged to ensure hygiene standards are maintained.

 

JEWELRY WARRANTY

 

We build our reputation on quality and timeless designs and we will always remain true to it. All NYAMAH designs are backed by a Lifetime Warranty.

Please Note: NYAMAH will only authorize the warranty claim if the product was purchased from our site.  

 

PURCHASES THAT MEET OUR EXCHANGE CRITERIA:

  • An incorrect size of the product delivered or the product itself has been wrongfully delivered i.e. The product does not match the item in the order confirmation email.
  • If the product you received has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect, or the product is damaged, please photograph this as soon as you have opened the packaging.
  • Please note: In the event of such an exchange, all returns must be:
    • Unworn
    • Have no signs for wear or damage
    • In its original packaging (box and pouch) with tags attached if any
    • With its original receipt.
  • Should the returned item not meet the above return guidelines, NYAMAH has the right to deny a return and have the item re-shipped to customers.
  • If the product meets the exchange criteria, the revised product will be delivered to the customer within 14 working days.
  • The customer is responsible for incurring the shipping costs involved in the returning of the item. The cost of courier sent to us will be borne by the customer and the cost of shipping the new piece to the customer will be borne by us. As we are not responsible for packages mailed back to us, we strongly recommend that it is shipped via a trackable mail service.
  • If your purchase meets our return criteria stated above and you wish to return, exchange or report a damaged product, please contact our care team within 48 hours of delivery with the following information: - 
    Order number - Delivery address - Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item.

What happens if my jewellery breaks or I require size alterations?

As evident from our designs, our jewellery is quite delicate. It needs to be handled with care and caution. Any rough handling like those of the statement and chunky pieces could lead to breakage. To give an idea, if we were to add thicker, chunkier, sturdier chains and clasps, it would not hold the classy, delicate, one-of-a-kind look that it currently possesses. A lot of designing and planning goes into make it look visually aesthetic. 

However, NYAMAH is happy to repair your item for you. Repairs and size alterations start at Rs.500/- and will increase depending on the extent of the alteration/damage. For online orders, please provide photos of the issue so we can determine the best course of action.

The updated order may take 1-3 weeks for delivery.

 

CAN THE SHIPPING ORDER BE CHANGED OR UPDATED AFTER I HAVE PLACED AN ORDER?

Until your order is ready to be shipped, you can change the shipping address. Please contact our team via email info@nyamahjewelry.com.

 

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Orders can be cancelled any time before shipping. In such cases, refund will be processed through the same mode within 10 working days. However, once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

 

HOW SAFE IS MY PRODUCT AND IS IT INSURED?

We only work with reputed and established courier services that handle our orders, therefore your jewelry is fully insured till it reaches your doorstep.

IS CASH ON DELIVERY(COD) AVAILABLE FOR MY LOCATION(PINCODE)?

Yes, we provide Cash on Delivery. Check on the availability by entering your pin code during checkout. All engraved and personalized products are not eligible for COD.

 

CUSTOM ORDERS

All custom orders are deemed as final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Deposits for custom work are non-refundable. For all custom orders, please fill out our contact form.
