Every shipment is fully insured from our studio to your doorstep, giving you complete peace of mind throughout the journey.
Order Processing & Delivery
Most of our jewelry is made to order to ensure the highest level of craftsmanship and quality.
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 weeks from the date of confirmation.
Once dispatched, domestic deliveries usually arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
International deliveries generally require 7–14 business days after dispatch, subject to customs clearance and local courier timelines.
During festive seasons, promotional events, or unforeseen circumstances, delivery timelines may vary slightly. If there is any significant delay, our team will keep you informed.
Shipping Charges
Free shipping is available on all orders within India.
International shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated during checkout or communicated by our team before dispatch.
Any customs duties, import taxes, or local government charges for international orders are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking details. You can monitor your shipment's progress until it reaches your doorstep.
Secure & Insured Shipping
Every order is packed with the utmost care using premium protective packaging. All shipments are fully insured while in transit, and responsibility remains with us until your package is successfully delivered.
Shipping Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Address changes can only be accommodated before your order has been dispatched.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not commenced. Once manufacturing begins or the order has been dispatched, cancellations may not be possible. Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within the applicable processing period.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
While we take every precaution to ensure safe delivery, if your package arrives damaged or appears to have been tampered with, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We recommend recording an unboxing video to help us investigate and resolve the matter promptly.
If a shipment is confirmed as lost while in transit, we will coordinate with our courier partner and arrange an appropriate resolution, including a replacement or refund where applicable.
